HOURS OF OPENING
Breakfast Club: 7.30am - 8.40am
After School Club: 3.05pm - 6pm
REFRESHMENTS
Breakfast - a choice of cereal, milk, toast, yoghurt, fruit, water and/or juice.
After School - - sandwich, fruit, yoghurt, water, milk and/or water. Any allergies and intolerances must be indicated on the registration form with any changes notified to the staff immediately.
ACTIVITIES
Before School - Table top games and puzzles will be available as well as quiet area for homework, reading etc. The children will be escorted to their classes at the beginning of the school day. After School - A range of toys, games and a table-top activity will be available as well as outdoor play (weather permitting) and a quiet area for homework and personal reading. There will be a transfer system in place for those who also attend other School Clubs to ensure a safe transition.
REGISTRATION FORMS
A registration form must be completed for each child even if it is only for an emergency session. The Booking form must be completed for each half term (with a separate form to be filled in for each child to avoid confusion) using the 'School Money' app before the end of the previous half term. Ad-hoc or emergency sessions can be booked if there is space available and payment must be given on the day. Unless there are exceptional circumstances and we are notified before 6pm there will be an additional charge of £10 per child not picked up by 6.15pm
PAYMENTS
Payment will be available to be paid via the school Money System from the first day of each half-term and must be paid within 10 days. Childcare Vouchers are welcome please contact Mrs A Cassidy on acassidy@ridgeway.oxon.sch.uk to see who we are linked to or how to add a new Childcare Voucher company. No refunds are given for non attendance.
NOTICE TO WITHDRAW CHILDREN
Half a term's notice is required in writing if you wish to withdraw a child from this service. Year 6 pupils will be automatically removed at the end of Year 6 (July).
